Band leader Bob Sedergreen, has performed with the following USA Jazz Downbeat poll winners, including Milt Jackson, Phil Woods and Nat Adderley. Gifted saxophonist, Mal Sedergreen toured Australia twice with legendary USA Bluesman Jimmy Witherspoon, performed with Nat Adderley and also Australian greats Don Burrows and Ted Vining.
On bass, Clive Harrison with a wonderful and impressive track record, of performances in Australia and internationally. Rohan Wallis trumpet/flugelhorn and voice is a true eclectic whose music spans many genres. Rohan’s magnetic personality and sound are reminiscent of the late Clark Terry.
On drums Mark Voogd creates rhythmic flows and polyrhythms to complement whatever’s happening Stephen Magnussen on guitar is a household name around Melbourne having played and supported most well-known artists over many years . He is equally at home with most styles of music His refreshing approach is a must see and hear for attendees at this festival.
