Aussie blues-roots artist Geoff Achison has won fans around the world with his dynamic guitar style and high-quality songwriting. A country boy from Victoria, Geoff moved to the ‘big smoke’ in search of the blues, a journey which would ultimately lead to extensive touring playing around Australia and across the USA, UK & Europe. He won the ‘Albert King Award’ in Memphis and is an inductee to the Blues Music Victoria Hall Of Fame.

Geoff first arrived on the scene playing incendiary lead guitar with Aussie blues legend ‘Dutch’ Tilders before striking out on his own with his all-star group ‘The Souldiggers’. He also established himself as a formidable solo act on acoustic guitar. In 2023 Geoff joined 70’s hitmakers ‘STARS’ on lead guitar, contributing a tasty solo on their latest single ‘One More Try’. With The Algo-Rhythms, Geoff gets back to basics, reconnecting with the raw and bluesy style that started it all.
